Launching today, Pete Wicks: MAN MADE  is the new weekly podcast from Pete Wicks.

Pete’s chatting to fellow celebrities who, like it or not, are modern male role models – and asks them if they are worthy of their status.

What traits are they proud of?
Which men inspired them when growing up versus the men inspiring them now?
When have they got ‘being a man’ all wrong?
Most importantly, what rules, advice or motivation do they have for other men?

Of course, Pete will invite some of his female friends in for a chat too. What do they consider the most important traits in a man, what are the biggest red flags – and what do men just need to realise?

Guests include Tom Grennan, YUNGBLUD, Caitlin Moran, Jake Humphrey, Vicky Pattison, and more of the nation’s most honest voices on what manliness means to them

With conversations fluxing between raw and emotional, intellectual and light-hearted, Pete’s guests reflect on their lived experiences to discover how these impacted their personal understanding of masculinity.

Each will add to the ‘manuscript’ of new standards for modern men from the trivial to the taboo – purpose to porn, fitness to friendships, dating to dancing – no topic is off limits.

Hear from music artists, actors, sport stars, politicians, broadcasters and experts as they all confront their own perceptions of manliness and how they got there.

Because actually, masculinity is yours to define.

Pete Wicks said: ‘This is a podcast and project I am very proud of. It’s a deep dive into masculinity, and what it means to be a ‘modern man’. I am grateful to my guests, who were open, honest and up-front about their own thoughts and feelings. The episodes are about men, but not just for men – there are important learnings and lessons for all listeners. Podcasts have a powerful way of reaching people at the right time, and I really hope Man Made does just that.’

Pete Wicks: MAN MADE will be available on all podcast providers from 7 May, with new episodes released weekly on Wednesdays.
